Most of us have kids back in school, we are working on getting Christmas stuff put away and things are getting back to “normal.”
Company is gone and we have to dig in to get through the last semester of school and I have to get back on track with dinner. When I make menu plans, my week goes better, I spend less money and I get more help making dinner.
I am going to post a lot of Weight Watchers recipes in my menu plans. I currently don’t follow the WW plan, but I have in the past and love them and their recipes. They are kid friendly, easy to make and taste really good, which is most important! If you don’t follow the WW plan or care to, DON’T worry or even pay attention to the recipes, they taste good and that is all the matters.
When I plan my meals, I start with the protein part of the meal because that is the most expensive. I look to see what is on sale and then make my plan.
