3Here is a great resource of FREE printable sheets to get you started! Some of the files are really big and take a little while to open. You can print as many as you like.
Shopping List – Feel free to print this off and keep it on the fridge to jot down those items that you need to pick up from the store!

Freezer Inventory - Take stock of what you have already so that you don’t overbuy. But also so that you know what you are looking for.

These are great! Do you have any lists on how you organize your coupon book? Like Baked good, dairy, canned goods, etc?
They are under the binder sheets
I am also in the Houston area and new to couponing and I was wondering if this is still your current price list or if this was when Kroger still doubled.
Also I couldn’t get the link to “Coupon Binders” to work. =(
Thanks for your time! BTW your site and your husband’s are now a daily thing for me. Thanks for all you both do!
Hi Tiffany, the tab to print the pdf for “Shopping List” is not working…when I click on it I don’t get the shopping list it takes me to a google page to set up documents etc. Can you email me or reset the tab and let me know please
just want to tell you how helpful your site is and thank you for sharing your ideas and discoveries with everyone i really enjoy everything!!!
Can’t get price list to work. Can you email it to me. Thank you so much. It’s great to have someone in our area so that we can relate to what you are doing. The show always shows double coupons and here in the Houston area the stores don’t double.
Thanks again!
I am curious about your “buy it now” price list. Is this list current?
I have just recently found this list, but have been keeping one of my own for about 6 months now, and I haven’t been able to find prices as low as you have listed. I also live in the Houston area (Spring), so our prices should be the exact same for the most part.
Thanks for all you do here! You have had such an impact in our family’s goal of saving money.
Trina, no I need to update it, I would say those are from this time last year. Since Kroger stopped doubling they have changed
I live in Spring too. Can you send me your price list please?
Ok, thanks! Wanted to make sure that I wasn’t overpaying for everything that I buy and am getting them at the cheapest prices possible.
Thanks again!
