Nancy, Two years ago I did the exact same thing… I gave up a corporate job making $50,000 a year to be home with my kids…. I have never looked back! I coupon regularly for groceries and other household items. I also watch for deals on things like oil and such for the car (things we can do ourselves). It has now been over 2 years and we have survived and love it! You will have to adjust your entire budget to do it, for me it was the most rewarding choice we have ever made! Yes financially it was hard at first but you will adjust… so will your spending habits… haha….. we never once said…. maybe we shouldn’t have done that……

I believe you can’t place a price on raising your own children. You will have to make some sacrifices but it is worth it. Be wise on how to spend your money. We are a small family and with only one income. We are not in any debt and we plan when we are going to do any entertainment. We do have a budget for just about everything. Yet we are enjoying our lives and we have money left over for a few splurges everyone in a while. So I say go for it you won’t regret raising your kids.

Took advantage of this awesome deal today, I bought 20 boxes of cereal (with coupons too) and bought several other items too, (they were having a huge clearance sale too in all areas), I walked away spending 37.10 ($30 in GC back) it was an awesome feeling!!! too bad they were all out of the PB cinnamon toast crunch, but I got a great selection!!! ALSO the cinnamon toast crunch original boxes have kids DVD samplers attached (how to train a dragon, kung fu panda, madagascar, are the ones I saw) so yet another bonus!!!

Oh and I forgot to mention I did seperate transactions and received a $2 of 5 boxes catalina for each one which I then rolled over to the next transaction, if I didn’t already have a target piggybacking my manufacturers coupons!!!! pretty awesome!!!
