Question….I love restaurant.com for all of the great savings, however it seems as though every time I go to use one in Houston (The woodlands and Cypress specifically) it is declined by the restaurant. They tell me they are no longer accepting these gift certificates because they have contacted restaurant.com and asked to be removed from the list and they wont so instead they just voluntarily stop accepting them. Have you experienced this problem before? Am I just choosing the wrong restaurants? We went out to Guri do Sol (in the woodlands) for my birthday on the 27th and asked before we ordered about our gift certificate (thank heavens) and thats when we were prompted by the waiter that they cannot accept gift certs from restaurant.com. I know Restaurant.com will refund my restaurant credit, but I am having a hard time finding places that accept them. Would love some help/advice!

I have not had that happen to me although you are not the first person that has happened to. I think from now on I will tell people to call the restaurant before they purchase the certificate and make sure they are still accepting them. Thanks for the heads up!
