If you just recently ordered the Houston Chronicle ( not yesterday ) but last week, you should be getting your first subscription today.
If you got multiple subscriptions, and you only got 1 paper, that occasionally happens. When a carrier gets a new order and sees that you want more then 1 paper, often they assume it is a mistake. Because in most situations, who would want more then 1 copy!? Just us weird couponers!
If you did NOT get your subscriptions or didn’t NOT get all of them, you need to call TODAY! Ask for them to be redelivered TODAY or tomorrow at the latest.
Please call the Chronicle Subscriber Services Center at 713-362-7211 (Houston area) or 1-888-220-7211 (all other areas).
If you do not receive your delivery of the Chronicle, contact us before 9:00am Monday through Friday, and 10:00am on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, we will deliver a replacement for the missed paper. Please call 713-362-7211 (Houston area) or 1-888-220-7211 (all other areas) and follow the prompts.

I only got 1 of my 5 today. I called the Chronicle and they said they will ask the guy to deliver the other 4 tomorrow. I am wondering why the guy said he shows 1 account with Sunday through Wednesay delivery and 4 with Sunday only. Is that how it is supposed to show through your special? I had only wanted 5 Sunday only…the guy told me that was not how it was set up.

NO that is how it should be set up, 5 on Sunday only. Let me ask the contact at the Chron, but that is NOT what we were told or gave them!

Ok better info now. The 1st subscription is for Sun and Wed (it is $.99 for both) and then the other 4 are Sunday only. that is the only way they can set it up. Basically you are just getting the Wednesday for free.

Thanks for the update, Tiffany! I did not receive any of my 3 papers today, so I called. I was told the same thing that one account was Sun and Wed. The other two Sunday papers are a different account.
It’s good to make note of this multiple account thing for when/if we cancel. And with the Chron you must call to stop delivery or you’ll be charged for what they deliver past your agreed upon subscription.

I ordered 2 papers. I have gotten a newspaper everyday this week and only 1 sunday paper.

I also only received one of five. The gal on the phone gave us two account numbers. She said the other 4 would be delivered today. This was at 9am and currently at 4pm, we still don’t have it. I will be making another call in the morning.

Any time I have called the Chronicle on Sunday because I did not receive my papers (or if they were soaked and unusable), and they told me they contacted the distributor and my papers would be re-delivered that day, it did not happen. I did not get them the next day either. Ever.

I woke up and found 4 on my drive. I am suppose to get 5. I called and the friendly rep said she would contact the distributor to drop off another. I left the house and didn’t come back till around 9 pm and it still was not there. This morning it showed up soemtime before 7am. Although, it did not have the free hair shampoo sample in it. Someone swiped it, which is fine b/c I was going to give it away anyways.
