Hey guys, it’s Monika from the MyLitter Team and I wanted to share with you my new Homeland Grocery Store haul that I just did this morning. Now Homeland stores are located in and around Oklahoma so they are a regional store but still awesome as some stores double coupons still! It’s been nearly 4 years since I actually used coupons at Homeland so this morning I was a bit worried even though I literally only had ONE coupon clipped to use and a couple on my Homeland App.
First thing I did when I walked into the store was grab a store ad and scan my Homeland Card at the new coupon machine (I say new but it’s really just new to me since I just moved back). I actually got an awesome $4 off $40 Purchase Homeland Store coupon to use which I thought was pretty sweet as I was trying to plan and stay on a really small budget for this trip until payday.
Here’s what I bought today:
10-Frozen Best Choice Veggies (Buy 2 Get 3 Free, $1.79 each)
5-Old Orchard Juices (Buy 2, Get 3 Free, $2.69 each)
2- Dinty Moore Beef Stew $2.79 (Used $1.00/2 Homeland Digital Coupon)
1-Nestle Pure Life 8oz Waters 24pk $2.50 (Used $1.00/1 Nestle Coupon from 12/11 Inserts)
1-Dr Pepper 20pk $5.99
1-Minute Rice $3.99
1-Bananas $1.35
1-4.70lbs of Angus 80/20 Beef $9.35
1-Hiland 1/2 Gallon of Milk $2.19
4-Mini Donuts $0.36each
1-Santitas Chips $2.00
1-Starkist Can Tuna $0.79
1-Homeland White Bread $1.49
So the coupons you see used above were doubled, minus the $4/$40 Purchase one. I actually saved $33.04 after coupons and shopping only the sales ad.
My total for 30 items was just $45.65 which comes out to be $1.52 per item! I am totally stocked on frozen veggies for awhile. Would you like to see more Homeland hauls and store deals? Let us know in the comments below.
