Family Dollar – Family Dollars Deals – Free Jello!
Today reader Charity tried out the Family Dollars program for the first time. It is a little like CVS’s ECB program. This week Jello pudding is in the ad for buy any 3, get $3 off your next purchase, and Jello pudding is $1 each (so free after coupon) and Kraft bbq sauce is $1.25 each (so $.25 after coupon).
The store was well stocked. The employees didn’t know if you could buy more than 3 in a transaction and get more than one $3 coupon with the receipt, so I did three transactions and got three $3 off coupons, valid 7/7-7/27. It was easy!

Amazon Gold Box Deals – Bowflex Home Gyms 54% off!
This is expensive and I normally don’t like to post stuff that is this pricy… but the Amazon deal of the day is for a Bowflex PR 1000 home gym for $367 + free shipping (was $799) and is 54% off.
They also have the Bowflex PR 3000 home gym for 43% off at $749 + free shipping.
* The reason why I am posting this is that my son asked for a weight set for his birthday last year and we shopped all fall for one. We bought a used one off Craigslist for $250 and by the time we were done with getting all the matts and thing to go with it, it sure seemed like we had spent this much. AND it was used and ugly, and I think he would have liked this a lot more. We don’t usually spend that much on a child’s present but my husband and I use it as well.
PLUS the reviews are awesome for it!
- Get a total body strength workout with affordable home gym, includes rowing machine rail

- Includes horizontal bench press and lat pull down
- 300-Pound maximum user weight, requires 100 x 78-Inch minimum workout area
