I am not going to throw anyone under the bus… but if you were wondering if their might be Essential Oils for snoring… well there is!
Snoring can be caused my many reasons, so always make sure that you have gone to your Dr. to make sure there is nothing very serious going on.
From personal experience what we have found that works is rubbing some R.C. on Paul’s chest before he goes to bed and rubbing Valor & Cedarwood (you could also use Lavender in place of Cedarwood) on his big toe before he falls asleep. Yep, it really does work! That simple and now I can sleep!
* Friends have also said that they diffuse Peace & Calming in their rooms as well and that helps.
Valor – Valor® is an empowering combination of therapeutic-grade essential oils that works with both the physical and spiritual aspects of the body to increase feelings of strength, courage, and self-esteem in the face of adversity. Renowned for its strengthening qualities, Valor enhances an individual’s internal resources. It has also been found to help energy alignment in the body.
Cedarwood – Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) has a warm, balsamic, woody aroma. It is relaxing and soothing when used for massage, and has long been used as a beneficial ingredient in cosmetic preparations for oily skin.
R.C. – contains powerful therapeutic-grade essential oils that are invigorating when applied, especially to the chest and throat area. R.C. is a wonderful blend to diffuse during winter.

It would be easier to apply with a roller for the RC alone. And to make another roller for the valor and cedarwood. But how many drops?
