Work From Home Series: Senior Team Manager, Tastefully Simple

I have wanted for along time to do a series on work from home opportunities for Mom’s. It is something that is really close to my heart. I have all through our marriage always done something to bring in a little extra money. I have made jewelry, had a little ceramic business and as a licensed stylist cut hair from home. Many times it was just “fun” money and other times it really made a difference in our lifestyle. I consider couponing a wonderful “part time” job, but sometimes and especially in this economy, you need a little more.

I am really excite to profile a few women who have taken the time to tell us what they do so that we might learn something form them or get some good ideas!

Why did you start:
To stay at home with our kids

What does it take:
Sharing delicious, easy-to-prepare products to make entertaining and meal time a breeze.

How many hours a week do you work:
10 – 20 hours

What is an estimate of what you can earn:
Working just 5 hours per week, you can profit $500/month.

How long have you been doing this:
I’ve sold food in direct sales for over 10 years and have been with Tastefully Simple for almost 2 years

How long did it take to get certified and how much was it ( if applies) :
No certification required.  Our Business Blast Off Kit is at least $100 off in May and June and you can even get started for FREE!

Any other suggestions or comments:
All Tastefully Simple products are made by adding 2 ingredients or less AND water counts as an ingredient!   You don’t have to marry the company, just take it out on 4 dates to see if it’s a good fit for you and your family.  The worst-case scenario is that your family will have to eat the Starter Kit since it comes with so many delicious products for you to try and everything you need for your first 4 parties :-)!
