Hee hee hee. I know I never comment anymore, but I still follow and your change to “extreme couponing” made me giggle. I wonder if that show will help us or hurt us? (Because of the manufacturers getting wind of our antics)
Why the introduction today my dearie?

I watched your TLC show this evening and I think you guys hit it out of the park! I love that the show incorporated your family as well. Very well done! I think it’s great that you and Paul are couponing to save for the kiddos’ educations. Congratulations again on the show!

Hi Tiffany! Just saw you on Extreme Couponing. You and Paul did great! I have a question though, where did you get the shelving for your canned goods? I need some of those 🙂
TucksMommy- Crystal says
Tiffany, I watched you on TLC, I was VERY happy to see that you weren’t one of the people that takes 74 of an item leaving ONE on the shelf. I strongly believe those people are the reason Kroger changed their policy. When a couponer takes EVERY item & leaves nothing for everyone else, it hurts the stores. SO, I think you guys looked GREAT & showed what responsible couponers do!
Tiffany says
Thanks Crystal! I was floored, I couldn’t imagine ever taking 74 of anything!

OH, PS, I shop at the store you shop at. I’m not gonna call it out, I knew we lived really close, but not THAT close!

Enjoyed that you are purchasing to save and use what is purchased and NOT stockpiling like hoarding. Would love to meet you and your litter someday. Mine is half the size but I figure that feeding my crew will me an opportunity shop/cook smart. As a newby to this I am concerned with how to do meal planning to coordinate with beginner couponing. I heard that some superdeals only come around every 6 months? I’m very interested in learning to coupon without wasting food more or less money.

Okay I just learned of you and this show. I’m going to go tape it right now! I love couponing but I could defiantely use a butt kicker as I haven’t done it in a few years. Looking forward to some inspiration 🙂 Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for making coupon users look good rather than bad like some people! Your family is lovely and I think it is great you get the kids involved. I wish my kids were more into helping. Mine just sigh “ugh mom is getting out her coupon binder ugh”.
Amanda says
My 5 year old daughter watched the show with me and started yelling mommy she teached you to coupon, she came to our house.. Lol, the things they remember. Great job!!
I want to know where u got your soup rack?

I have been following you for a long time now and I had no idea you were married to I hearttheMart!!
I follow him as well yall make a great team!
Awesome show I think I loved yours the best, so true to how I shop you buy what you need and not 100 of one item that will expire in 2 wks or 67 of one thing that knowbody in their right mind could use in a lifetime!!!

Tiffany and Paul, you two rock! Watched your TLC segment last night and I thought you two nailed it! And judging by the above comments I am not alone in thinking this. I am so glad that you are achieving this publicity. You deserve it. Wish that I could have celebrated with you. I am so grateful for all of the savings that you have givin my family and I…..(especially the Halls stockpile that is steadly being used at this time while my family recovers ;)) Best of luck to you both and Congrats again!

Tiffany, I watched the show too of course. You did awesome. To be honest the other people bugged me. I tried watching the next episode and turned it off. You are the only one that was really making sense in the stuff you bought. Why would anyone need 77 bottles of mustard, especially if he doesn’t eat it. You were not extreme, you were realistic.
jill says
Oh and after reading all these comments I hope you still sell shelf reliance, you are going to sell a ton of those shelves
Natalie says
What a great show last night!! I also loved how you use the items that you purchase! It’s awesome that you do this so that you can put your kids through college! Great lesson for everyone! You and Paul did great! ….if only they could have mentioned your blog and Paul’s blog on the show! I do love how you snuck in “my litter” when you referred to your kids – very clever!! 🙂
Anna says
I loved seeing you on Extreme couponing last night. I have been following you blog for about 1.5 years now and have really enjoyed it. You and Paul are some incredible people- definitely a role model of mine, as I have a hard time managing everything with one child! I was bummed for you that they didn’t mention your blog or anything as far as I heard.
Rachel K says
I wish I could have watched you on Extreme Couponing, but our house does not have cable! I’ve been searching for some clips of the show. So far I’ve only found the one with you and your kids making out the list and searching the ads for deals. I would love to see you “in action”! 🙂
Melissa says
You rocked it on EC!!! SO glad to see they found realistic couponers – you know, the ones who follow the rules, shop for a wide variety of products and do it to help their family! LOVED IT!!
Lori says
Tiffany, Paul and kids, I enjoyed the show last night. It was so uplifting to see you working together as a family to save money. You are teaching your kids such valuable lessons. Your couponing does not seem extreme…more like practical. Your perspective will be most encouraging to beginning couponers as those of others seem overwhelming and well…(shelf clearing, ughhh!). I’ve been following you for over a year now and you have helped me save so much money…with lots of laughs too! Your kids are awesome!
