I completely 100% believe in child labor 🙂 I love that summer is here and my kids are my sous chef’s. “Cut up these strawberries” “slice the avocado”, “take a bite of the cookie dough and tell me if it is good” etc.
Monday – We had chicken enchiladas. I have a good easy recipe, I will post that soon.
Tuesday – Tonight we had Taco Salad, Paul posted it HERE and it made me hungry for it! Plus we are having sliced strawberries, cool whip and angel food cake! My girls did all the cutting, while Tucker browned the hamburger. I supervised 🙂
Wednesday – Chicken Fajitas, I bought the meal deal from HEB.
Thursday – Pulled Pork sandwiches. I used the coupon HERE (90210) and bought a pork loin. I will use my recipe HERE.
Friday – Homemade Pizza, recipe HERE
Saturday – My Dad will be in town from China so we will have whatever he wants! It is usually something NOT with chicken and bones!
