Walgreens has a few freebies this week, but nothing too exciting. There are a few freebies that you can pick up, but I think I will be much better off price matching to Walmart instead of making a trip in.

I went to Walgreens on Thursday and split my “free” items into two transactions. I was told that if I use registers rewards to pay for a transaction, that transaction cannot print any register rewards. So basically you can only spend register rewards on non-register rewards items from now on??? I thought this was fishy and asked her if it was new and she said it was just in the last few days that they changed the software for the registers. I was in a hurry so I didn’t take the time to test it out to see if it was true. Have you heard anything about this? I have a feeling she was just being lazy and was bitter about working on Thanksgiving!
She was lying! Both me and my sister did several shopping trips from Thursday through today and got our register rewards too! And my favorite employee that let’s me know all the walgreens scoops would have told me about any changes. She was being a turd that’s all. Sorry about that happening to you.
The same thing happend to me at walgreens i asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same thing too.
He probably didnt want the cashier to look bad but yeahits not true unless its based on location
Hi again…I got my reply. They told me they confirmed it was added to my order and that I should receive the egift within 3 business days of when my order shipped.
