There are some really good deals this week at Walgreens. Now, if you have been here for a while you know that I have a love hate relationship with Walgreens. I feel like their cashiers and managers in my area are not friendly at all. They usually have no idea what their own coupon policy is and could care less to help you. BUT…. sometimes they have some REALLY good deals!
2 Important things about Walgreens:
- Always hand over the Manufacturer coupon first, then the Walgreens coupon.
- You can’t have more coupons then items you are buying. If you need to toss in a cheap “filler” to even it out, look for cheap pencils.

I agree with you 100% about the Walgreen’s staff. They are also tricky because one item is a great deal, but something else is horribly over-priced. Thank you for clarifying how to use coupons with Walgreens, what a big help!
i usually never do the deals at walgreens bc it’s not close to my house and i always feel like i lose money there. but was interested in how the buying 7 eggs thing works…it doesnt matter the limit as long as it exceeds the 1.00 amount? so if i only have one coupon do i buy 4?
The Walgreen’s in Richmond Hill, Ga. has made comments about “those coupon people.” They are so unfriendly and unhelpful I try not to shop there anymore. CVS is not much better. In fact I even complained to corporate because they are not aware of their own coupon policies either. It didn’t do any good by the way.
The all detergent the oxi-active is on sale b1g1 6.99 too so you can use the 1.50 mfg from 4/10 RP instead of the $1 making it 1.99 each instead of 2.49
also the wonka hollow chocolate egg is on sale for 3.79 use the $2 mfg coupon from coupons.com they had a couple of weeks ago not available anymore. if you happened to print them use that coupon and use the $1 in wags april coupon book brings it down to .79 cents Deal! Great for Easter baskets. This is normally an almost $6 egg A big egg at that.

I tried the 7 snickers egg purchase at my Walgreens (I had the 2-$1 coupons). They would not allow me to do it because they said the coupon exceeded the price.
