I will be adding a “filler” item into the certain transactions because the RR is a manufacturer catalina coupon, you can not have more manufacturer coupons than you do products! This is where a “filler” will come in. This week I’ll be using my old standby – $.33 candy my walgreens has at the registers. If I dont see a “filler” in the printed ad then I use the candy to figure my OOP (out of pocket) cost and if I see a better deal in-store I go for it!
