I have bought certificates for 3 different places but was really disappointed. Two of the restaurants won’t take them :o( and said they keep asking restaurants.com to discountinue selling certificates but the website keeps selling them. One restaurant said they only gave permission to sell 100 certificates but restaurants.com sold about 2,000.
I bought 4 and gifted 3 to family members because it was a restaurant near them. The 4 were redeemed within a month and someone emailed me from restaurants.com pretty much asking me to explain why I violated their terms. I emailed them alright. I don’t know if I’ll be buying from them again.
