I have been having issues using printable coupons at Wal-Mart lately. Even the ones that state “Available at Wal-Mart”. The stores on my side of town do not have the coupons entered into their system. So, if they don’t automatically scan and the price come off right then they are not wanting to honor the coupon. Is anyone else having this issue?
