I noticed the houston chronicle went up $.50 for sunday papers. bummer!

I live in Houston. Did anyone get the Target/J&J one? My mom and I did not. If we are missing inserts and we are delivery subscriptions, can we call the Chronicle about this? Thanks.
I found 4 Target coupons on page A12 (behind Kroger page ad) in the Houston Chronicle, but not Johnson&Johnson target coupons at all. Nor the General Mills.
