1 egg
1 bag Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips
1/2 bag semi-sweet baking chips (I used Ghirardelli)
2-3 candy canes, crushed
- Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, and egg until dough forms.
- On a parchment lined cookie sheet, smooth out dough flat and perforated with fork. Bake 18-25 or until edges start to brown.
- Remove from oven & immediately cover cookie with both bags of baking chips. As the chips melt, smooth them out over the cookie.
- Top with crushed candy cane.
- Place in the freeze to harden the chocolate (20 minutes).
- Break into pieces and store in an air tight container for yourself or wrap into cellophane to gift
