I’m thinking maybe because that’s where Rimmel is sold. It doesn’t say exclusively for Walgreens (which I’ve seen coupons say in the past), so I’m assuming you can use it anywhere Rimmel is sold.
I’m new to this, as well, though, so what do I know…lol
It will print as a manufacturers coupon, but will say Walgreens. That is just where to look for it to be sold. But as a MQ they should take it at Target
