HELP! I can’t seem to find the “Bic” pens coupon on the Target Website! I found “papermate” but NOT “Bic”….I looked under stationary and household!?

In the fine print on the LARGER than life coupon (lol) it does give all the info like it is a $1/2
my bic coupon is a page big there is a barcode at the bottom, but it looks nothing like a regular coupon
