So I just started using your site and coupon shopping a couple of months ago. Things have gone fairly smooth with no major glitches so for that I thank you and the others. Today turns out to be a bit different and I thought you’d like to hear this one. My husband and I stop by Target on Fry at I10 to pick up some of the freebies that have been mentioned. Quite a few of them are out of stock but there were a few I was able to pick up. Now to the register and cashier. I hand her the coupons and she immediately starts reviewing them which is fine, however, she tosses them down and says I need to get someone over here right now. At this point, my husband and I look at each other, thinking we’ve done something wrong. The manager comes over and they review them together – keep in mind that they have not even started scanning anything or the coupons. I ask if there is an issue and the cashier, Lucille, snaps at me and says these are trial size items (“only the toothpaste”, I reply). Because of the way she snapped at me at that moment, the manger tapped her on the shoulder. Then they call the store manager, Christie (I think), over to ask her about the coupons with the items. She looks up and says “Have these items even been scanned?” to which I reply “No, she hasn’t even started scanning them.” Then, without missing a beat, the cashier snaps at me, throws her badge off her chest and states “My name is not she, it is Lucille. You do not ever call me she!” Okay at this point, the line is getting longer, my husband is furious at the way the cashier is acting and I am just stunned. Neither one of the managers say a word. The store manager completes the transaction and I pay 54 cents for 11.00 worth of product. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. The one manager did mouth “I’m sorry” as we walked away. I have put a complaint into the store and plan on alerting corporate but just thought I’d share with you. According to my husband, I should have told her something not so nice and that none of this is worth being treated this way. I was still pretty excited that I got my items for less than a dollar! lol

That is horrible. Call Target Corporate immediately. To get things fixed at that store it is up to you, take CHRAGE!!!! LOL! Call them as soon as you can and make sure they give you a call back when they have fixed the situation. Let us know what happens!
I do not shop at Target because the last time I was in Target, a soldier in his army gear had just returned from Afgahnistan, stopped to pick up a few things on his way home, he wasnt in the store 2 minutes before he was ask to leave the store, they told him They do not support the war and 4 managers escorted him out !!..I was appauled and I too left , and havent been back. I did Thank the soldier for serving this country. Target is owned by the French..I will never shop there again !

That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard! The manager should have been fired. I know Target is not the greatest support for many causes, but that sounds like a rouge manager!
It must be all of them i shop at the one on eldridge at richmond .I end up in an argument over coupons every single time very frustrating . You have to go to the service desk to do price compairsons not a fun trip at all !!!
Oh my goodness what targets are you guys going to?? Wow!!! The target I shop at is great and Ive been to a few others around and they haven’t been bad either I used to not shop at target because there prices tend to be a bit higher but since I got into coupons I found out you can save tons there But anyway I stopped shopping at (walmart) a lot because of problems but never heard of target doing this stuff!!
