I signed up with this company around May. I didn’t get any products to sample though. That would have been cool. At first I got surveys like crazy and racked the points up quickly. However, I haven’t received a survey since the end of June. 🙁
Thanks Tiffany! I signed up and have completed four surveys! Yippee. It seems a bit easier to earn points/money than other surveys.
I love synovate,i signed up earlier this spring and since then have gotten 4 bags of dog food to test a lancome mascara and there’s some other things on its way ,now there will not be as many surveys as you have once you sign up but when you do have new ones and you actually qualify there are great rewards .

That’s funny. I do synovate, too, but I hardly ever qualify for the surveys they send me…. And, I’ve never been offered to test any product….
I’m in this boat as well. I signed up about six months ago and have gotten maybe five or six surveys that I qualified for and I only have 1200 points. One took me about 30 minutes and I only got 300 points. It asked me the same thing like 10 times, very frustrating.
I followed the link they sent to my email and it’s asking for my code and password. What do I do from there?
I have the same problem as Emily. Where is the code for the confirmation email?
I am not sure, They changed the way you register and since I have already registered I can’t do it again! I have emailed and asked for some help!
