Sears does this same thing for ~$15. I think it is slightly cheaper for in-state as I was out-of-state coming into the state.
If you have an out of state car the cost for your sticker anywhere in Texas is $14.50. Anyone else who get’s their inspection and has a(n) in state car the normal rate is $39.75.
