This sweet and tasty Strawberries and Cream Jello treat is the perfect dessert for your next get together, Valentine’s Day treat or just any sweet occasion. It does include a few separate processes and a little time in advance to prepare, but believe me it is totally worth it! Do not let the multiple steps to this dessert turn you astray. It is totally worth every step – YUMMY!
INGREDIENTS
(4) 3 oz boxes Strawberry Gelatin
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 packets Unflavored Gelatin
16 oz Frozen Strawberries
5 cup boiling Water
5 cup Cold Water
DIRECTIONS
To get started prepare your 9×13 pan with a light coating nonstick spray.
Dissolve 2 boxes of strawberry gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water and pour into prepared pan. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Slice strawberries and set aside into the refrigerator.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add sweetened condensed milk to gelatin mixture and mix well. Add 1 cup cold water to mixture and allow to set for 30 minutes.
Gently pour onto set strawberry gelatin layer (pour onto back of spoon to avoid disturbing set gelatin). Refrigerate of 30 minutes.
Distribute sliced strawberries evenly over white gelatin.

Set finished Strawberries & Cream Jello aside in the refrigerator for several hours until fully set.
