For 10% off, just about anybody can go to the post office and get the change of address kit – in it is a Lowes 10% off voucher, good in the store or online. Further, you can take the Lowes voucher to Home Depot and they will honor it at the customer service desk, and you don’t have to surrender it, so it’s good for 10% off at Home Depot until it expires. Home Depot occasionally offers vouchers for either 5% or 10% off for signing up for their email services (Pro, homeowner, whats new, etc) and they too are honored at Lowes. Also note that military with ID or veterans ID can get 10% off at Lowes or Home Depot everyday!
