Safeway/Randalls MIR found in the GM insert + deals

This week in your General Mills insert there is a MIR (mail in rebate) where you can get 10 items free. You must buy these items at a Safeway store or affiliate.

If you are not sure, the picture below shows you what Safeway stores are.

Below is the rebate form, you will need to buy all the items in one trip, as far as I understand from the wording. BUT you can use coupons and there are coupons for everything!

The first thing to do is purchase the items, use coupons to make it a better deal.
