Easy Chicken Fried Steak Recipe
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
Salt & pepper as needed
Oil
In small bowl, slightly scramble eggs and milk together. Use second bowl for flour. Dip cube steaks in egg mixture, coating both sides, then dip into flour to coat. This process can be done twice for a thicker coating.Brown cube steaks in a fry pan with a little oil until golden brown on both sides, about 10 to 15 minutes for each side.
Place cube steaks on broiler pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. This allows the cube steaks to cook thoroughly. Remove and serve with mashed potatoes and milk gravy. Serves 2.
