Strawberry Crumb Bars Recipe – Use ANY Fruit!

I have had this recipe with so many different combinations of fruit. You can use strawberry/rhubarb, blackberry, blueberry, raspberries, etc. Since it is strawberry season, this is a very inexpensive recipe to make and very good!

My kids were able to help me with every part of this project. From cutting up the strawberries, to zesting the lemon, and measuring out all the ingredients. These are also sturdy bars for traveling.

These look yum! My parents live in Houston too! We are going for Easter! I can’t wait for Chick-fil-A! We don’t have one where I live now.

Ok- My Litter recipes two nights in a row- both winners! I made this recipe tonight to take to a friend’s house for dessert, and wow! Super easy, using basically stuff you probably already have at home except for the fruit. I made it with strawberries because that’s what I had, and served it with vanilla ice cream. Thumbs up from six adults and eight kiddos. I can’t wait to try making this with raspberries and lime instead of the lemon. Mmmmmm

I made this for Easter and it was a hit. I switched out the flour for gluten free because I have celiac disease, and it came out great. Not all recipes work with the gluten free flour, but this one did. Thanks!

Can you use frozen fruit for this??? I have strawberries and rhubarb from last summer that I would like to use up and it would be great for Easter.
