I doubled this and made it in a 9×13. The recipe below is for a 8×8.
Oreo Fudge Brownies
1 box Brownie Mix
eggs & oil
1 heaping half cup (6 oz) Cookies & Cream ice cream
1/4 Cup hot fudge topping
Preheat oven & spray an 8×8 baking dish generously with cooking spray. Combine brownie mix, eggs, and oil as directed on the back of the box, but do not add the water. Add ice cream and hot fudge to the brownie batter and stir to combine. Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking dish, layer with Oreos, then top with remaining batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes or as directed on the back of the box.

Just as angelic as she looks, this girl could easily raise a Village by herself, and all the children would grow up to be President.
Self proclaimed, she would be a webkinz dog. Because, "they're cute, and puppies are too. And they're sweet and they always get along with other puppies."

How can you post this when I have PMS & not a bit of chocolate in the house to attempt these?
Sigh.
Oh Megan! You poor thing!
I just made these today, but did it a slightly different way and it was fabulous! I used one brownie mix and divided half the batter among the spaces in a muffin pan. I put an oreo on top, then divided the rest of the batter on top of the oreos. Yield was 12 brownie cupcakes, which we served with vanilla ice cream. Holy moly was it good!!!
