How to slice an avocado and make guacamole! Video.

Simple guacamole recipe:

Some kosher salt 
Few tablespoons of pre-made salsa
If you have it, some lime and maybe a little cilantro. Yum!

Thanks for the demo….I have never used a fresh avocado! Why?? Not sure, but I have no excuses now:) Your son did a great job recording…had a steady hand!

I watched the video without sound because I wanted to see if you used the Pampered Chef avocado knife. : ) Now I need to go back and listen to it as well!! I'll have to send you a catalog so you can see all our cool gadgets. Do you use fresh pineapple a lot?
