This is how to do this deal: Walk into your Randalls/Safeway store and grab an ad, you will see the in-store coupon above on page 3 ( I think…) grab some ice cream and check out. Hand the cashier your ad with the in-store coupon, they will scan it, this will make the ice cream $2.49. Then you can hand over your manufacturer coupon that you print below. This will make it now only $1.49! Cool!
