I spent Saturday morning in Urgent care with my nine year old and then we spent the rest of the weekend relaxing at home. Had to keep him off of his foot, so we watched movies & football and ate lots of popcorn. LOL

With such a beautiful weekend & snow just around the corner, I worked in the yard. I made another wooden raised bed for my garden. I’ve found that I get a higher yield & save lots of money, & no pestisides.
This weekend I worked Friday and Saturday, then we cleaned the house, top to bottom, on Sunday. Great giveaway!
We went to a 24-hour flea market from Friday to Saturday and then tried to recover for the rest of the weekend! Thanks for the giveaway!!
I had a fantastic weekend! After work on Friday I went to a body combat class at my local gym, it is a intense cardio exercise class that combines different forms of martial arts. Friday evening I went to a drive in movie with some friends, it was great to get out and enjoy a movie a little differently! On saturday I went for my morning run and then went on a picnic with my boyfriend out by the lake, so romantic <3. Then on Sunday I went shopping! I used my coupons and got some major deals at Macy's clearance as well as great savings grocery shopping at Walgreens and HEB. Hope you enjoy hearing about my weekend and thank you for all the great deals 🙂

We took our adopted boys out to Maybury State Park to try and take pictures. It was dark early into our trip (once their chores and our chores were done) but the puppies and us still had a great time getting lost in the darkness!

Watched my 10 yr old son and his Alvin Yellowjacket teammates compete in their Semifinal Football Championship against the Galveston Hurricanes!!! We lost in double overtime against a team that has been undefeated for 2 years! Great game!

Hello!! Glad everyone had a good weekend. Mine was ok. I worked all weekend. I would much rather have been looking for deals and spending time with my family.
We had some family time in between soccer games, band competition, football games and birthday parties we survived this weekend. I did get to do a little shopping for myself. Of course, it was with my coupons.
Cleaned Cleaned Cleaned! I was way behind on laundry so we hung out in the house and got caught back up, it was very rewarding this morning when I woke up to a clean house and empty laundry hamper.
Hi! All day saturday we helped our friend move.. her husband is getting ready to come back from deployment. Sunday, we went to church.. where my 2 yr old had to tell everyone that I clipped his fingernails that morning. Then we went out for lunch and continued to move 🙂 Its was such beautiful weather too!
It was my youngest son’s 1st Birthday on Saturday! We also had cake and ice cream. Did nothing but cleaning on Sunday. My clothes pile on the couch was just about as big as the pic you posted a while back, but there is only 4 of us! Anyways, this is a great give away! Hope everyone has a great week!

We enjoyed the beautiful Houston weather (for a change!) and relaxed together as a family. Very nice!
Well lets see…Saturday I ran around getting all my sons birthday things together. Made cake in the AM (baked it and put in freezer only). Cleaned only some of the house. Got favors together and while doing so broke my left pinky toe (only other broken bone I have ever had were my ribs). After all the tears were wiped away (DS napping at the time and DH out with friends) I pulled myself together and continued to get all the things done except wrapping his gifts and icing the cake. We went to a family gathering that night then back home by 930pm and up to Lord only knows what time (it had to be after 2am) I got to bed, but the cake was amazing *posted photo on my FB page* !!! It took that long b/c I had no idea what I was doing and I had no instructions (lol, I usually wing it). So I woke up at 7am the day of the party…with broken toe and all I somehow managed to get it all together and DS bathed by DH (thank you my sweet).
My DS LOVED his party! It was at Bear Creek Park BIG open area with trees and two big play areas with swing set…,It was awesome. My first real birthday party for him! My little baby is a Big Boy Now (2 y/o)!!!
For today, RESTING the toe…lol

We didnt do anything special this weekend just sat around and watched movies.
We were pretty lazy on Saturday and on Sunday we took the kids to go visit my Uncle and his son while his wife is away. We had a pretty relaxing weekend.
Hi! My son has been asking to make pumpkin pie from a pumpkin, so this weekend we made 3 of them! We baked pie pumpkins, scraped out the pumpkin meat, and then made pies from scratch. It took almost the whole day on Saturday, but it was super fun! And the best part is that we have lots of pumpkin left to freeze and use later.
I have a killer recipe for pumpkin gut bread if you kept your guts! 🙂

I catered a babyshower for 30 with the help of my 3 girls on Saturday. We had lettuce wraps filled with salmon or chicken and a mango salsa, chicken skewers and spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce, cucumber tomato salad infused with an Asian flare, and the most delightful lemon curd tarts topped with a single berry! My girls had the best time and all of the hard work paid off from all of the smiles at the party! Then on Sunday we spent the day as a family watching football and eating way too much! Its very rare we get to spend time all together with my husband working and a full time student, my eldest daughter an Ambassador (traveling singing group in So. Cal), my son a musician and having his own job, my mini me a cheerleader (a flyer at that) and my youngest a competitive gymnast for USAG!!! Oh, add church on top of that…so this was an AWESOME weekend!!!
Oh, I forgot to tell about our Sunday night tradition! We watch Amazing Race together (we each pick a team to cheer on) while we drink our IBC soda’s and eat more yummies!!! That is after our weekly calandar/menu meeting! haha

This weekend we went Trick or Treating!!
Last week we were without power in the Northeast for almost 5 days! Halloween was canceled because of the snow (plus no one could have their porch lights on!) 🙁
Sooo… to make up for it, our city rescheduled Halloween for this past Sunday (11/6). We kept it a surprise until it was time to put on the costumes and go out 🙂
I was in bed all weekend sick, playing referee to my boys and trying to keep them entertained. I did get to catch up on all my online deals though! Thanks!
Saturday my Hubby and I spentthe day painting our bedroom and moving furniture around to make room for our new BEAUTIFUL electric fireplace that I picked up at a grage sale last weekend for $15.00 =] then Sunday I spent the day shopping for new bedding and curtains while the Hubs and sons watched football all day it was a GREAT weekend!
I hung out with my wonderful hubby…happy 1st anniversary!!
I was blessed to be working all weekend and spending the rest of my time with my husband and kids. I also got to check in with my moms caregiver,(she has early Alzheimers)
This weekend we went to church on Saturday night and after service the hubby and I were able to have a date night courtesy of the church. They kept the children until 10pm

For the 1st time in a VERY long time, we had no plans this weekend!!! So we had a great family weekend at home! We cooked hamburgers on the grill and had a movie night!
Since my car was at the mechanic I stayed home and cleaned all weekend. Glad my cars fixed and I can do my coupon shopping!

I stayed at home this weekend. My husband had the car and was working so my 7 month old son and I just watched football. We watched my South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday and my Green Bay Packers on SUnday.

We had a busy weekend. Hubby was out of town so it was me and my two boys. We had soap box races with the cub scouts then we went to the drive in to see Puss and boots. Sunday we went to see real steel and did some running around.
I made some pico and used jalapenos instead of onions, it turned out great! Instead of cutting the jalapenos I put them in my blender with some of the tomatoes and then poured and mixed it in.
I looked at furniture stores for our new place we moved into.

Spent time with my family. It’s my favorite pastime.
I finally picked up and boxed all the Halloween decorations. We have to much stuff. Smoked a brisket and some veggies yesterday for dinner, best of all I took a nap.
Took my oldest son, now 6, out for his birthday! Went to Fuddruckers, then the Kemah boardwalk for rides. All the armed forces had displays there over the weekend so he got to sit in an Apache helicopter, army jeeps, and tour two Coast Guard vessels. Then off to DQ for a dipped cone.
I went to a FREE bridal showcase with 3 of my bridesmaids and ate cake and sipped wine! yum!
Quick trip from Seattle to Portland to celebrate my best friends’ daughters 1st birthday!
Bless my poor hubby’s heart…He put up Christmas lights for me!

Yesterday felt like the most productive day ever! It is amazing what an extra hour can do. Cleaned the whole house, played with my 2 year old for ages and then still had time to go shopping before my husband’s class at 4:30. Happy to get razors, tampons, hand soap, lotion, greeting cards and chapstick for free this week 😉
worked on Saturday (libraries never close), then went home and continued reading the third book in the Song of Ice and Fire series. Honestly, who needs television when there are so many good books out there.
Now if I just had some free coffee from CoffeeE, it would all be perfect!!!

I had my granddaughter this weekend. We celebrated her third birthday and had a huge princess moonwalk. Grilled ball park franks (heb 1.00) and ribs (heb .97 lb) We had a great time and the weather was beautiful!!!

Hockey, hockey and more hockey….3 of my 5 boys play on two teams each so we basically shifted from hockey rink to hockey rink:)
I went to my first Women of Faith conference. My friend had an extra ticket! I never leave get to leave the house without my kids! In fact it was my first night away from my 3 yr old twins. It was so inspiring and
uplifting! I almost didn’t mind that I couldn’t see the floor of the ENTIRE house!!! I then cleaned the rest of the weekend. 🙂

My family and I went to visit college friends in another state. Long drive, but we had so much fun reminiscing and playing cards long after the little one was in bed.
My husband and I visited my newly married daughter and her husband and spent the day with them and had dinner.
I have 4 sisters that all drove 8 hours away to go hunting with my dad. Hunting isn’t my thing, and I’m away at college. I called my mom to see how she was doing with the house being empty. She sounded kind of down, so I drove home for the weekend. We went to Olive Garden and played Bananagrams and caught a movie. It was a great, calm, cozy weekend.

My hubby worked all weekend so Saturday the kids & I just hung around the house. Sunday I taught Sunday school & we went to church, after, we went to eat with church members. Came home & had Sunday visitors (my Aunt & cousin, my Mom & Dad). When my DH got off of work we went for a quick shopping trip just the 2 of us while our 17 YO babysat for us!
Just wanted to let you know what an inspiration you are and how much you have helped us save. Without you and the job you are doing educating people on how to save we would be so far in debt it isn’t even funny. We have been able to do some great things. This weekend was craft shows. So much fun to go and compare what I do with what others do. Very enjoyable.

We went to a friend’s school carnival, did the Lakeshore placemat activity, had free paint time, and went to a bike swap meet. It was a fun and long weekend.

I’m Rachel, wife and Mother of 3 boys. My weekend consisted of the usual. Cooking(homemade chicken chunks, meatloaf w/fixins). Cleaning. Working(Saturday night). Playing outside. The husband and I did get to have a nice peaceful breakfast alone Sunday morning. I also squeezed my jog in there somewhere. And of course a lil couponing sprinkled in:)
I got to meet my first nephew and my daughter got to give kisses to her first cousin!
Two of my sons had football games on Saturday. Then, we went to a family fitness event at a local park. Sunday we had a surprise playoff football game in the afternoon. Today, I’m just happy to be at home 🙂
My family and I enjoyed a very nice weekend. Saturday we finished most of the unpacking from our recent move. My husband and I found a beautiful picture of the “Last Supper”, so we hung that in our dining room and it looks beautiful. Sunday my husband, daughter and I tried to make it to visit a new church but were too late. (Better luck next week) We had a nice visit with my Dad and my brother; then we brought my husbands Mom out to see our new home.
We went camping, even though in Wisconsin the weather can be pretty unpredictable in November. Luckily it was sunny and nice during the day and we had a warm fire to sit around. It was a perfect fall weekend!
Kicked off Thanksgiving planning!
I spent the weekend with my husband and son! We watched movies in the evening and on Sunday we spent the day raking leaves and cleaning up the yard. You wouldn’t think raking leaves would be fun, but we have fun just being together.
We had a great weekend….went Christmas shopping, ate out, went shopping some more (all with coupons of course :), did a little fishing and took a great nap.
Hubby got the minivan cleaned (inside and out-hardly recognized it) while I took the kids to a birthday party.
This weekend I scored a really awesome deal at CVS! I love it! It’s been my biggest success to date, lowest price and biggest load! I’m so excited! I used mylitter for a base deal and went from there! 4 bottles of ALL small and mighty free and clean h.e. Laundry detergent, 285 pc Hershey candy mix, 2 jars Smuckers strawberry jam, 6 soft soap hand soap $3.13 whhoooo hoooo lol
Went to my husbands bestfriend’s funeral, got to see a bunch of old friends and remember good times with the one who past. 🙂
My family and I have been dealing with the stomach bug for the last two weeks. It hit everybody. My oldest daughter got it on thurs. Poor baby. So, needless to say sat., I disenfected my house from top to bottom. I hopefully got rid of all the nasty germs and did tons of laundry and cleaning. Phew! So on sunday my daughter felt good enough to play outside. The neighbor kids got together and played kickball. She is three, so it was fun to see her try to understand the rules. Of course she scored but they didn’t tag out the little kids. 🙂 It was a busy weekend, but ended nicely.
Had a GREAT weekend with my parents, up in Dallas! It’s nice to be back in Houston, though 🙂

Both of my SIL’s are pregnant, and we threw one of them a baby shower this weekend. She is having a boy, so we threw her a “Little Man Mustache Bash,” and it was so much fun!

Our weekend started out with Friday night play dates. On Saturday family went on a trip to do some Pre-Christmas window shopping as we do every year. This gives us an idea of what they really want as we are deal shopping. Sunday we went to church and lunch and spent the rest of the day cleaning up the house and getting a head start on our week. Thanks for doing this giveaway. This time of year, I am sure many of us could use it to suppliment our gift giving.
Participated in a vendor/craft fair on Saturday to support the playground fund at our local grade school. And unfortunately had to work on Sunday from 1pm-7pm. Made for what felt like a very short weekend!!
On Friday the family and I went to Georgia to relocate my mom closer to us. On the way we were in a dead stop on I75 for two hours. I got out and stretched a couple of times and the kids were great. Apparantly, there had been a big accident ahead. As the rescue equipment truck and fire truck went by, I asked God to bless the family and the members of the family/families that had been hurt. I also thanked God that mine were with me and we were safe. Saturday, we got boxes and a truck to move my mom with. We packed, visited, ate and loaded the truck. On Sunday, my son and his Dad sat in the woods hunting for deer. My son missed his first deer by about 2 steps but has a hunting story to tell now. We finished up packing about 4 pm and started out about 5. Traveled in caravan the 3.5 hours home. Everyone got there safe and we went to bed exhausted to face school and work on Monday. Not an exciting week end BUT productive anyway!
We took family Christmas pictures Saturday and went to a family birthday party. Sunday, we went to church and ate lunch at some friends’ house.
We took our girls to SeaWorld this weekend. We had so much fun! Thank you for the giveaway!

I spent my weekend at a dog agility show, just learning the ropes so I can begin showing with my beagle come spring!
Our Family went to Driggs Idaho to celebrate a birthday and indured blustery cold winter winds and snow by the fire. Too bad we could not see the Tetons but that is expected this time of year. It was nice to get away even with my two year old that was sick and hyper at the same time.

It was a really quiet weekend for us. I caught up on the laundry (7 loads), then on sunday, I did a me day: hot oil hair treatment, waxed my legs and did my nails.

I worked my 2nd job on Saturday then picked up my 2 boys and took them to a birthday party. They had a great time and scored even more candy. On Sunday, we enjoyed football, food, and family.
I visited my mom who is celebrating her 100th birthday today. It is extra special because she has been very sick with pneumonia the last 2 months and we weren’t sure if she was going to make it or not. She is an amazing woman and I am so thankful and blessed to have her in my life all of these years.

We had a nice restful weekend for once. Only plan was a soccer game for my 7 yr old. We didn’t have football practice or cub scouts so we were able to hang out at home and work on science projects. Thanks :o)

My husband and I went to the movies together for the first time since the birth of my second child. It had been almost 3 years!
This weekend I attended my first coupon class! I learned about so many things I had never heard of, which is why I am now on this website.
My husband and I worked out at 24 Hr Fitness, hit some garage sales on the way and picked up some deals on clothes for the grandkids. Than the rest of Saturday after the grandkids left me cleaned up the house! Sunday is church ; praise and worship !
I decided to let the housecleaning go this weekend, and spend my time doing what I truly love and what matters most in life ~ enjoying my weekend with the family! We went to the Galleria and let the kids choose anything and everything they wanted to do until they were too tired to do anything else. We rode the train around the mall, colored pictures and climbed through tunnels and mazes at the Disney store, built a zamboni and a slanted semi truck at the Legos store, bought some adorable red Christmas boots for my daughter, and played on the indoor playground. After six fabulous hours playing at the mall, we finished off the day with some pizza, mac and cheese and chocolate mints at Nordstrom’s Cafe! Even the baby had a great day because it was all about the kids and having fun with the family!
Last Saturday I was up 7:15 am….really early for me (9,10 or even 11 on a good day) there is a truck that comes to town with veg & fruit (for only $15.) this happens every other Saturday. Because I got there early I was able to help divide out the produce….since there is just the two of us now…I take my extra to neighbors and friends…..IT IS SO MUCH FUN..
I did buy things for the needy women and girls in my town….Safeways has a great sale on those special products…sure glade I don’t need these any more….I love to share. ……..thanks for all you do…I just couldn’t do it with out you.
I worked two 12 hour night shifts at an ER, when normally I work the day shift. Hard not getting to see my family as I slept during the day and worked at night. Sometimes you just have to sacrifice your needs to help others out.
I decided to just relax all weekend after working very hard during the week
enjoyed tv time with my son, while i was relaxing i also cut my coupons that i needed for my grocery shopping .
This weekend we started preparing for our daughter’s birthday party which is next weekend. Lots of couponing done, but the hardest was getting her to pick out a cake. anything chocolate she said – until she saw all the cakes on the Publix Bakery website. Funny, yes we finally had her choice yesterday, too cute. We bought and wrapped all of the gifts, at least we got that far!!!
I stayed home and cleaned all weekend.
Started my Christmas list, early as usual, since it also has to include 9 birthday gifts too! Yikes!!! : )-
