Ham and Cheese Croissant Pinwheels
Want an easy, 15 minute, kid pleasing meal? This one is perfect for a busy mom! 3 ingredients, a couple minutes of prep, and a an oven are all that is needed.
Ham and Cheese Croissant Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS (Yields about 10 rolls)
1 package refrigerated Crescent Rolls
5-6 oz Sliced Cooked Ham (lunchmeat)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Mustard (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Unroll dough onto prepared sheet and crimp together all the roll perforations.
If you are using mustard, at this point evenly spread over dough.
Evenly spread cheese over the dough.
cover cheese with the ham slices. Cut slices to make sure you have even coverage.
Roll up the pinwheels starting from the long side.
Slice into 10-12 slices with a sharp knife.
Place slices on baking sheet and cook at 350 for about 12 minutes or until golden.
