I forgot about a few ECB’s. Do you know if they will still let me use them? Can I get them reissued? Seems a few years ago that happened, but I can’t remember.
Ilmartin27 says
You can use them as long as they’re not expired. If you lose any of your ECBs, you can register your card at cvs.com and print them from there. You will be able to see all of your available, used, and expired ECBs, I believe.
Stephanie says
My CVS has let me used expired ECBs in the past. The two times I did, they had expired just the previous week. I always figure even if they don’t let me use them, there is no harm in checking.

I did 5 different transactions. I scanned my card and got $5.50 in unexpected ECB’s. Boy was I happy. So I got very expenisve ProGlide cartridges (regularly $17.79), Oral B Pulsar, my Hershey Bar, Tampax Pearl, Pepto Bismol, Herbal Essence Shampoo/Conditioner and of course Tic Tacs for my daugher for $16.00 but left with $2 in ECB for next trip. I think I did well. I also taught my daugther how to coupon on CVS. Good learning opportunity.

Thank you so much Tiffany!
I could never have pulled this off without your expertise 🙂
I did only one transaction at CVS last night b/c I wanted to use my $4 off a $20 purchase, so I used a bunch of the matchups from your post, and also a bonus $1.50 ECB which I got at the magic coupon machine, plus manuf. coupons. I spent less than $30, and got back $8 ECB. I bought 4 bags Pretzel m-n-m’s, got my free airated Hershey bar, and also bought 3 Oral-B toothbrushes, Pantene shampoo and conditioner, Aussie shampoo and conditioner, Head & Shoulders shampoo, and a Gillette Pro Fusion Glide razor. This is great fun, and I’m so grateful. We didn’t used to shop like this.

I’m so bummed. I was making my lists and gathering coupons and realized something sickening. Between the RRs, UPRs, and ECBs, over $65 worth expired at the end of June. Sickening!
Tiffany says
Hang on…. ECBs should still be able to be used! Most will take them expired!
