I used the filler because I had a $13 ECB and you wont get $$ back unless you get to $13.
Mine switches over at about 6-9pm the night before.

Well yes most often you have a little coming out of your pocket, but then you get ECB back. But they have to be on advertised items that give you back ECB’s not everything on the store does.
My total was $11 something, I had an ECB for $13, if I had used just that I would have “lost” 2 dollars as they dont give money back on ECB’s.
No you dont have to have the same # of items.

Where did you find your toothbrushes (the electric ones). I went to 4 CVS’s in my area and they all told me that it was a new item and they didn’t carry them yet. I’ll be in the Woodlands this week and I plan on tracking them down.
