Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2-3 drops green food coloring
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, mint extract and food coloring and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
