Menu Plan 03/21/13 Tacos, Stuffed Peppers & More! 6 Meals Under $60!

I can’t tell you how good the Kroger ad is this week! That is really the only place I want to shop… They have pretty much everything and a great mega event going!

* Tip – Because greens peppers are so cheap at Randalls this week for $.78. Buy extra and chop up and freeze for pizza, soup and more!

THURSDAY – Easy Chicken & Cheese Casserole – Super Easy, calls for fancy mushrooms, we just skip them… Make some extra, shred the chicken and use for another dish.

FRIDAY – Easy  Fast Five Tortas – I posted this a few days ago. Since eggs are SOOOOO cheap this week, I would suggest making something with eggs. Make extra ground beef for the peppers on Sunday.

SATURDAY – Easy Fast Five Quiche – Again… I am making an egg dish as they are REALLY cheap right now!

SUNDAY – Stuffed Green Peppers – Since I am buying ground beef for the Tortas I am getting extra and using them for the peppers which are on sale at Kroger.

MONDAY – Big Steak Salad – Randalls/Safeway has the Beef Top Round on sale for $2.99. It doesn’t take a lot to make a great salad. Overall, it won’t cost you much to feed a bunch of people. Just grill the steak and slice it thin.

TUESDAY  – Best Crock Pot Chicken Taco Meat – This is sucka staple for us, because you can have tacos, soup or a ton of other dishes! We will probably have tacos!
