Low Carb Pizza with RAGÚ Simply Creamy Garlic Parmesan with Cauliflower Sauce
I am eating a mostly keto/low carb diet, and PIZZA is definitely something that I must have in my life! I was excited to learn on a recent Walmart trip that there are two new RAGÚ Simply Creamy sauce flavors: RAGÚ Simply Creamy Garlic Parmesan with Cauliflower Sauce & RAGÚ Simply Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower Sauce. They are both made with cauliflower and have only 3g carbs per serving! I was inspired to use this on a delicious and healthy a low carb pizza. I chose the RAGÚ Simply Creamy Garlic Parmesan with Cauliflower Sauce, though either would be tasty in this recipe.
Make sure you open your Valpak envelopes to get a 75¢ coupon for RAGÚ Simply Creamy Garlic Parmesan or Alfredo with Cauliflower Sauce, and snag this sauce at Walmart.

Low Carb Pizza with RAGÚ Simply Creamy Garlic Parmesan with Cauliflower Sauce
Dough Ingredients:
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp baking powder (I always sift mine)
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 large egg, beaten, room temperature

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the cream cheese and mozzarella till soft, in short increments. You want it combined but not liquid. Add in the other dry ingredients and mix well with a fork. Add in 1 beaten large egg and mix well
- Oil your hands with olive or avocado oil and knead the dough for a minute
- Allow dough to rest 2 minutes at room temperature
- Roll dough out onto parchment paper on a sheet pan, an oiled pizza stone, or a silicone baking sheet on a sheet pan to an approx 1/4 inch thickness. Adjust to your likeness, though too thick or thin will affect the cook time and how sturdy the dough is.
- Bake until golden brown, approximately 10-15 minutes. Pierce any large bubbles with a fork as it cooks.
- Turn off oven and leave in oven another 5-10 minutes till a deep golden brown
- Allow to cool completely before topping, for best results

Topping the Pizza Crust:
- 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
- 2 cups assorted vegetables and meats. Pre cook veggies in microwave or a skillet a few minutes to desired tenderness and to remove some water. Meats should entirely precooked.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- Spread 1 cup RAGÚ Simply Creamy Garlic Parmesan with Cauliflower Sauce over the crust
- Spread the cheese, then add the toppings of your choice
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until cheese is bubbly and done to your desired level
- Allow to set up a minute before you cut it into 8 slices so the cheese doesn’t run all over
- A 12″ Pizza gave 8 pieces, and carbs from the sauce are 12g for the whole pizza. Total carbs will depend on the ingredients used for toppings.
