I was wondering do you ever shop at the 99 only store ? Lots of times I find stuff there I would have to clip a coupon other wise .In Jan we had the Mio there so I bought my hubby 6 of them. I know how busy you are, do you ever buy stuff at say like 99 only store just so you don’t have to clip coupons? Like for me I know either there or dollar tree I can buy band aides, mens shower gel and other stuff so my coupons have to make it worth my time. I’m just wondering if I’m the only one that does that.
I LOVE both of those stores! I shop Dollar Tree more often, but I cruise though the $.99 often as I possibly can!
I have a question. When you buy 5 items in the cleaners (scrubbing bubbles, windex, fantastik). Do you get five dollars in paper money or do you get credit on your receipt. I am a little confused. Thank you.
Good question! They will take $5 automatically off the total at the register when you use your Kroger card.
where do you get the boyscout coupons or is it just a tx thing ?

Our scouts sell them door to door. THey are a large coupon book with quite a few of the Kroger coupons. Do you know any scouts in your area? I would call and ask them if they sell them.
I love Kroger. They have so many $5 off of 5 item things that i save a ton when combined with my coupons. Like the Pampers Wipes, they had them for $.99 each when you buy 5, plus i had $.50 off each coupons which they then double making them free! I do, however, save my over $.50 coupons for Walmart;o)
Oh, and as for the Dollar Tree…they take manufacturer coupons now, which is fine, but what i find is that the sizes are different…but when the coupon says “any such and such product” they work.
I know! I was soooo excited to take my binder into the Dollar Tree, only to find that none of the coupons worked because their sizes are CRAZY small (such as Nature’s Granola Bars only have 2 packs instead of 5 or 6). I feel that because of this, paying a dollar for most of their products is not really a savings at all when compared to what I can get with BOGO’s plus stacked Q’s.
great job!..we dont have double coupon stores here on the treasure coast of fla , but everytime i shop i save as much as i spend…so if i spend $100, i saved at least that much….it takes a little planning and sometimes a different way of shopping but its worth it..and if you have an iphone or smartphone, try ibotta or reciept hog…more savings that i have paypal transfer to my savings account..it really adds up or u can give it to charity…personally i feel like i am a charity right now so i’m keeping it…just started these apps and have over 25 bucks extra in my savings account…for scanning barcodes and uploading receipts…mention my name if you try it please…i think i get a bonus for that..lol..happy shopping!..and dont forget to plant a garden and grow some of your own!..even if its a container garden
If your total was $102. before coupons and sales and you paid $70. wouldnt your total % saved be about 30% not 40%?
