I went to the Korger near the Houston medical center this morning and have a very frustrating experience. The store manager simply said they won’t accept ANY printable coupons, even I show her that my coupons have different series numbers and are not copies. She continue saying that Kroger’s no longer taking any printable coupons from now on. I have to have them void the whole transaction, very sad. Is it’ true?:(
Maybe just for that store. I used all printables today with no problem 🙁 I am sorry for your store.
I ran into that problem one day at a local Kroger, the next day or so I went back and didnt even think about the previous transaction where they said they wouldnt use my printed coupons and they took them (later I realized they had told me they wouldnt!) So it may be certain managers/cashiers? Maybe try again?
Yenyu, was it the Kroger on Old Spanish Trail or the one on Main and Kirby? Thank you.
