I found this on close out at my kroger for $0.89, coupon beeped and he told me they can’t accept coupons for more than the product value. Is that true? I read the policy but it doesn’t really say that they won’t take them just that more than 75% off could be fraudulent.
The same thing happened at my Kroger last night, only the cashier was able to override the machine. But they did say if the coupon makes the item free they can no longer accept it, I was only able to use one coupon. What’s up with that I wonder if kroger will no longer accept moneymakers cause it was .89 at my kroger too, making it a moneymaker. This is the first time this has happened, I have used money makers before.
They are listed as $2.14 on close out at my store today, boo hoo
