As many of you know my parents live in Bejing China. They were just here for Christmas and as they were getting ready to go home they were trying to round up all the stuff that they love and can’t get here. They LOVE the Oral B GLIDE floss! My Dad had me grab him some at Walmart before they went home, the 2 pack is $5.50. I spent $35 on floss and thought I was going to throw up! I am used to getting mine for free, I will admit the Glide is REALLY nice, and I am used to cheap…
So onto the deal ( which I WISH had been around when they were here!) I loaded my Kroger card with e-coupons and was planning on getting the Glide ( cheaper, so I had some when they came back) when I noticed that the white pack of “Essential” floss was only $1.29 normally. This is where just because something is on sale, doesn’t mean that it is a better deal. Here is the delima… do I get the nice Glide for $1.69 OR do I get the cheaper for $.29…
What would you do??

The glide is actually only .69!!!!! The small tags at Kroger don’t list the final price only that they qualify. So the glide is 2.69 less the p&g $1 discount if you buy 4 qualifying items and then your dollar coupon!!!!!!!!!!
Also be careful and check your receipt because special packaging like a free item attached usually doesn’t get picked up by the register as qualifying got the sale. I just took my receipt to customer service and they handed my the $3 cash that didn’t come off because of the bonus packaging!!!
Oh you are kidding me?!!!!!!!!!!! You k ow a bunch of the stuff was not marked with the final price like that.

My grandma LOVES the Essential Floss. Everytime she sees that coupon in the paper she asks me if I can go get her some and if it’s free. LOL 🙂
I used mines at WalMart and got it for .22. I dont use floss anymore because I use the ones on the stick. But I figured this was a good deal because ppl are always asking do I have a toothpix or some floss after lunch. Thxs for the heads up.
