The Kroger Mega Event this time around is pretty good. I also noticed for the first time that there are a ton of coupons in the store, it has been a while since I have seen this and am amazed to see it. They had a baking display in the front of the store that had 3 different tear pads of coupons to help you save even more on baking items.

Hi Tiffany I did the Kotex Catalina Deal at Kroger’s with the Mega Event this past week. It went well and was rolling however, I only bought two at a time.
What does rolling mean.?
Good question! Rolling means that once yuo do the transaction you can take the catalina you got from that one, go do it again use that catalina and still get back another one. Meaning you are rolling it over to the next transaction and still getting another one back.
I did it and I bought 6 things of Kotex brand items between pads and liners and I received a $3 Catalina at the end
And idk if you posted about this other Catalina or not but if you spend $20 worth of huggies brand then you receive a $5 Catalina and the jumbo pack of diapers were on sale for $9.39 which is cents cheaper from my Walmart, so I bought 2 of those using 2 $3 coupons and then a little thing of wipes to put me right over $20 and did several transactions so I could get the most out of it
Question about the huggies….if you spend 20 and get 5 back in catalina, does that have to be 20 after using a manuf. coupon?
No it can be before, Iit just has to go to the $20 amount and trigger the cat.
I also LOVED this mega event, my total was $213.60 and I only spent $89.11, I saved $124.49
That’s pretty impressive to me!!! I’ve been couponing for several months now, but still only been able to save at most 30% off my total. Yes, that helps quite a bit, but I need some guidance on how to save more!!! Especially here in TX where Kroger no longer doubles or triples coupons!!
I agree, I am up to 40- 50% which is good, but I would like to save like I do at the drug stores 80+. I think you really need to shop the sales ads and coupons not necessarily what you need or what that week ( if that makes sense) buy when its on sale so that when you need or want that item you already have it in your stockpile. Just my thought I have not actually tried it because I don’t have the room for storage.
Yeah I live in a really small town and drive 25 miles to grocery shop an what not but no store doubles here so I can never get $1000 worth of groceries for $10 but at the beginning I was only saving about $20-$40 at a time so I’m really glad that the longer you do it the more you just “get it” ya know

Our Safeway (your Randall’s) ended the 2/$5 Kotex sale yesterday but the $2 catalina was still printing. Since the sale tags were still on the Kotex I was able to stock up on 2 boxes which made me happy. I also got a super cheap frozen turkey to have on hand. Thanks for saving me money, Tiffany!

I bought the Kotex on Monday during the Mega Event and got the $2 Catalina, I did two separate transactions of 2 Kotex each time to make sure I would get the $2 Catalina.
Tiffany, did you actually print the Annie’s coupon from Facebook? I clicked on your link and it asked me to share my information, which I never do. I lined up the arrow on Do Not Allow, and when I clicked on it, it jumped over to Allow. Then it gave me a message something to the effect of “This promotion is over, or never existed.” I’m wondering if this was a legitimate link or if someone has just stolen my info. What do you think?
I am guessing it is over. I did not print it, but the Annies have always been ok in the past.
