I was just wondering if anyone is having trouble doing this deal. I tried it today at lunch with the exact scenario above and my catalina didn’t print. Of course I didn’t realize it until I went to pay for the second transaction and the catalina wasn’t with my first receipt. I made the trip to customer service and they told me it didn’t work because I used coupons which made the total less than $20. I explained that the use of coupons didn’t matter, as I had the required $ amount of product prior to the use of coupons…eventually I got $10 put on a gift card but was told to not try this sort of thing again. What did I do wrong?
