Kroger Match up for Mix and Match!

   Hi there! I just started reading your blog and I'm really liking it! I do have a question for you though. I just went to kroger for this big mega event. I had a slew of coupons, some for things on this mega event some were not. Some were clipped from my paper smart source and red plum and some were from internet sites such as the ones you suggest here in this post. In fact I think I used the SObe life water one you suggested. I get to the register and she takes one look at my stack of coupons and says, "we only take 5 like coupons and 2 internet coupons." I asked her where that was posted because I didn't see it on the ad. She pointed to something and said, "Oh well there was a sign here." She went to the info desk and talked for a moment and when she returned told me that they would do it as a courtesy this time for me. I thanked her and as I left I popped into the info desk and asked if that was just for this mega 10 sale or if it was their policy all the time. "All the time" she said. So I'm asking you, who seems to be so coupon thrifty, what is a "like" coupon…I've never heard that reference in my life. I get the internet part but are they saying you can't use more than 7 coupons in 1 transaction ever? That seems ridiculous! What would it matter if I did it in 2 transactions or not? My ad states that it has the unlimited $.50 doubling thing. I guess "unlimited" means 7 times max at my store? 🙂 If you could offer any thoughts that would be lovely!
