Previously when I have gotten Kohls cash, they looked like checks from the store for $10 each. I had them in my hand physically and just handed them to the cashier.
On this one they email you the "cash" and you can use it online or in the store.
If someone has ordered online before and gotten Kohls cash can you confirm this is correct?
I will call Kohls tomorrow and check also.
