I emailed them and received a poorly written response. (full of misspellings and incorrect grammar) I think she was trying to say the problem was just temporary and is working now. BUT it won’t let me create a new account. I’ve used a few emails from our household just trying to get one code. Also, I tried in November and never received anything. I’m sad since I’ve seen several blogs brag on great deals, only to find out it was with Vitacost.
