HERE’S A NICE LITTLE TRADE-OFF that benefits multiple folks! Disney kicked off a new promotion, Give a Day, Get a Disney Day Free to encourage Americans to volunteer in 2010. The idea is simple: if you give your time and volunteer for one day, you’ll get a voucher for a free day at Disneyworld or Disneyland in 2010. One million folks can take advantage of this deal! There are a few details to consider:
- You’ll need to search online for a volunteer opportunity and sign up to participate. The catch is that you can’t start looking for those opportunities until January 1, 2010.
- Once they verify your service, you’ll receive the voucher for free admission.
- The program ends on December 15, 2010, or once all of the tickets are distributed, whichever comes first.
- There’s a limit of one ticket per person, regardless of the number of hours donated. But the program is open to anyone age six or older, so if you get the family involved, you can get most of them in for free.
- If you’re buying a multi-day pass or an annual pass, you have options: Instead of the voucher, you can get a free FASTPASS for you and five others or a collectible ear hat figurine with trading pins. Or you can donate your voucher to a non-profit organization designated by Disney.
