I am a macys employee and we had customers coming in with 200-600 worth of egift card, they have been canceled due to abuse
Macy’s is too big of a company to make this mistake AGAIN. It is not hard to limit the texts to one per phone.
I tried using mine in store today but they wouldn’t take it. It’s not fair that because of those abusing it, I wasn’t able to use mine. Bs
