I went to Wags today to grab up one of the Infant Care booklets before they’re all gone tomorrow and the lady working behind the Cosmetics counter first asked me, “What do you need it for?” To which I replied, “…the coupons inside.” She then told me that she had a few behind the counter but that I couldn’t have one and if I purchased something she would use the booklet on it.
My question is…are they allowed to refuse to give me the coupon booklet? I thought it was very strange and a little rude. I mean, how am I supposed to know what I am going to need in the booklet without ever being able to look at it? I figure it was because I was toting around my coupon binder… Comments?
Hmmm, I am not sure if they are required to… but yea, that is a little rude. They do need to keep at least on I would think incase you need the coupon and they can scan it.
